Brunox AG was founded in 1976 emanating from Switzerland’s No 1 waste treatment company, Environ-Chemie AG.
Early product developments included an ‘all in one’ Emulsion Rust converter and later a patented anti corrosion system Brunox ‘Epoxy’.
Widespread approval by consumers lead to major investment and research in the development of high quality lubricants. To include Brunox ‘Turbo Spray’ which since 1995 has become Germany’s No 1 cycle lubricant. Further additions to the new lubricant range include; ‘Top Kett’ and ‘High Speed’ and in 2000 Brunox ‘Deo’ was released to the market having being carefully co-developed along with high spec cycle fork manufacturer Rock Shox.
Other products within the range include IX 50 and IX 100, both long term corrosion inhibitors for all types of machinery and weather conditions plus a food grade lubricant Brunox ‘Lubri-Food’ released in 2005.
